Cheung's restaurant has been opened for 18 years, back in 1996 when we first opened we grew a lot of attention because of our quality of food. That tradition of our restaurant has never changed, we still to this day use fresh quality ingredients, never frozen always fresh, there is never any processed food in our food because we want to know what we are cooking and serving to the people.
